Our investments are designed to be repaid through either the projects sales proceeds or a developer IPO, whichever materializes first, creating a blend of upside participation with downside protection.

Curated equity investments to unlock value in high-quality but capital-starved projects - which includes last-mile (LIFO) funding for project completion, inventory-backed financing, and capital restructuring with project reconfiguration in response to evolving market realities.
